Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Senior Assistant Director of Student and Family Engagement, the Assistant Director is responsible for providing financial assistance counseling to prospective and current students and/or their parents to afford their WashU education. The position requires the counselor to work in a service-oriented and fast-paced team environment that will actively support the department and the university's student recruitment and retention goals.
Ability needed to work occasionally outside of standard university work hours.

Salary Range
$49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one''s qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
