This position is responsible for the creative direction, oversight of the video productions unit and quality control of union content. Incumbent oversees the work of a team of video producers, editors and videographers and helps set the creative strategy for video and related content in priority campaigns and complex projects. Incumbent has a deep and demonstrates understanding of the union's brand and its representation in video and other content.

Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in digital filmmaking, video productions or visual and media arts and a minimum of at least seven (7) years of experience in digital film making or video production; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
