  • Assist the Center Director in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Support curriculum implementation and promote engaging learning experiences for children.
  • Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance and morale.
  • Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively regarding children's progress.
  • Monitor classroom environments to ensure safety and promote positive behavior.
  • Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate records of children's development.
  • Collaborate with the Center Director in budgeting and resource management.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive community for children and families.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and staff.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Passion for creating a positive learning environment for children.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
