Qualifications

- Reliable commute and valid driver’s license with dependable transportation 
- Dunkin background is a plus — but not required 
- 3+ years multi-unit or senior-level restaurant/retail leadership experience 
- Proven track record of coaching, training, and developing leaders 
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder — people-first mindset 
- Strong business sense with solid analytical and problem-solving skills 
- Guest-focused with exceptional time management 
- Fluent in spoken and written English

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support store operations — manage one location and back up the District Manager across the territory 
- Drive consistency with our core values, standards, and mission 
- Coach and develop managers and crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences 
- Oversee restaurant standards, payroll, budgets, and expense control 
- Manage inventory, food cost, and vendor relationships 
- Hire, onboard, and grow talent — recruitment strategy and retention champion 
- Enforce HR policies and act as a liaison between employees and leadership 
- Execute marketing and product placement initiatives to boost sales
