Assistant Project Manager (Data Center & Commercial) – Salt Lake City, UT
Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify motivated Assistant Project Managers who are ready to accelerate their careers while supporting large commercial and mission-critical data center construction projects in the Salt Lake City market.
This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow into a Project Manager role through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to complex electrical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with planning, execution, and successful project delivery.
Assist with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and project documentation.
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Assist with contract administration and project closeout.
Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with field and office teams.
Track project progress and assist with resolving project challenges.
Support monthly billings, reporting, and financial documentation.
Qualifications
2+ years of electrical construction experience.
Experience supporting commercial or mission-critical construction projects preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to advance into a Project Manager leadership role.
