Hire Up staffing is seeking an Assistant Engineering Technician
We provide professional services to a wide variety of public and private clients throughout California, with most of our projects located in the Central Valley.
We are seeking a motivated individual wanting a long-term career in Civil Engineering. Candidates must have extensive working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D with a minimum of two years demonstrated experience in civil engineering drafting.
Under direction, must be able to:- Prepare civil designs including utility plans, grading plans, details, etc. utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Prepare exhibits and images for presentations.
- Experience with survey mapping desirable.
- Process field survey data to generate base maps for engineering design.
Experience:- Minimum 2-year design experience on Civil Engineering projects.
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, and plans.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Problem solver, critical thinker, independent worker, takes initiative to complete tasks on own, and desire to grow professionally.
