As an Assistant Pool Technician / Construction Assistant, you will work alongside experienced team members helping with pool construction projects, repairs, maintenance, and general labor tasks in the field.

Responsibilities:

Assist with pool construction, renovation, and installation projects

Help with pool equipment installation and basic plumbing tasks

Assist with pool openings, closings, maintenance, and repairs

Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment

Perform digging, lifting, cleanup, and general labor duties

Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Support technicians and crew leaders with daily field operations
