The Assistant Esports Coach will help develop and grow the Esports program and provide additional support to our student-athletes.

Responsibilities:
• Perform in-game coaching, teaching, and instruction from the Esports arena at the William G. Rohrer Center in Cherry Hill. • Assist the coaching staff in implementing and crafting new in-game strategies, managing practices, and coordinating intercollegiate matches. • Travel with the team to and from competitions where applicable. • Monitor academic progress of student-athletes. • Assist with pre-game and post-game setup and production activities as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Esports Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong knowledge and coaching ability in one or more of the following esports titles: • Counter-Strike Global Offensive • Valorant • League of Legends • Rocket League • Super Smash Brothers Ultimate
Familiarity with streaming platforms such as Twitch.tv and YouTube and streaming software.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, planning, leadership, attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, and sound judgement.
Ability and commitment to instruct and motivate college student-athletes. A positive role model for young adults.
Ability to work with a diverse student population in a multicultural environment.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
