Job Description

Infin Moving is seeking an organized and dependable Assistant Event Coordinator to support logistics and event setup operations in Orlando, FL. This position assists with coordinating schedules, organizing equipment transportation, and supporting setup and breakdown activities for client projects.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling event setup and breakdown activities
  • Coordinate transportation of furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Communicate with clients regarding schedules and service updates
  • Support field crews and supervisors during daily operations
  • Maintain project documentation and scheduling records
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
  • Perform additional operational support duties as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
