Assistant Executive Director - Assisted Living


Grand Villa of Palm Bay, a premier assisted living community situated on the picturesque waterfront in Palm Bay, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Executive Director to join our team. Our facility offers residents a vibrant, caring environment with stunning water views and exceptional amenities. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about senior care and capable of supporting our leadership team in delivering outstanding service and quality of life for our residents.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Director in overseeing daily operations of the assisted living community

- Support staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to senior living and healthcare

- Foster a positive, resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being

- Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to meet residents’ needs

- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategies

- Promote a welcoming and engaging community culture


Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in healthcare, senior living, or healthcare administration

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in senior care

- Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
