What You'll Be Doing
Lead the Clean Dream Team – Support the Executive Housekeeper and manage housekeeping and laundry operations when they’re away
Coach & Train – Interview, train, and support Housekeepers and Laundry Team Members
Set the Standard – Hold team members accountable to core values and performance expectations
Room Readiness Pro – Assign daily room boards, hallways, and extra tasks while tracking late checkouts and early departures
Quality Champion – Inspect due-out, vacant, and inspected rooms to ensure they exceed brand standards
Fix It Fast – When something’s not right, guide team members to correct it immediately
Jump In When Needed – Assist with room cleaning, laundry, and public area upkeep during busy times
Behind-the-Scenes Organizer – Ensure storage rooms are stocked and organized; put away deliveries promptly
Communication Hub – Work closely with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management to keep operations running smoothly
Lost & Found Legend – Collect, log, and store items properly in software programs
Schedule Support – Help ensure all shifts are covered fairly, including weekends, holidays, and call-ins
Team Morale Booster – Maintain a positive attitude and support a respectful, upbeat work environment
Who You Are
A natural leader who enjoys motivating and supporting others
Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and organization
Calm, flexible, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using basic computer systems and record keeping
Flexible and reliable with varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
At least 6 months of housekeeping or related experience
