The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping and laundry departments at the Home2/TRU Concord.
Responsibilities include supervising room attendants, housemen, lobby attendants, and inspectors; coordinating daily operations; promoting teamwork and quality service; inspecting rooms and public areas; and assisting during high-volume periods.
They must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to manage staff effectively. The role may require cleaning rooms and performing other duties as assigned. Bilingual skills are a plus.
