Role OverviewThe Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness and service standards.
This is a
hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining a consistent guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily housekeeping operations:
- Room attendants
- Public area staff
- Laundry team
- Conduct room inspections for cleanliness and quality standards
- Assist with:
- Scheduling
- Training
- Coaching team members
- Manage inventory:
- Linens
- Supplies
- Cleaning products
- Coordinate with:
- Front Desk
- Maintenance team
- Ensure safety and sanitation compliance (OSHA, chemical handling)
- Support cleaning tasks during peak occupancy
- Assist with onboarding and team development
- Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
Required Qualifications- Housekeeping leadership experience (hotel experience preferred)
