Job Summary
SummaryResponsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. Assists in overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and facility guidelines.Does this position require Patient Care?NoEssential Functions-Supports the management of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance. -Assists in coordinating the activities of maintenance staff and contractors for timely completion of tasks. -Monitors facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment, for proper functioning. -Maintains records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. -Collaborates with hospital departments to address facility-related needs and resolve issues. -Participates in facility inspections and audits to ensure a safe and functional environment. -Assists in budgeting and procurement of supplies and services for facility operations. -Supports the implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.Qualifications
