Assistant Finance Director
CFS has partnered with a respected organization in the Haddam area that is seeking an Assistant Finance Director to join its leadership team.

Assistant Finance Director Responsibilities
- Support the finance team through monthly and annual close processes
- Manage and participate in special projects, including an upcoming state reporting initiative
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to support financial planning and operational goals
- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
- Serve as a key partner to leadership on financial reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a Connecticut public school district is required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices
- Experience with Munis financial software is required
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams
Compensation
Salary: $100,000 – $175,000
