At Lil Rizzo's in Osage Beach, our Assistant FOH Manager runs the show. When you're on duty, you're the owner. You open, you close, you run shifts, you solve problems before guests even know there was one. You lead the floor team with confidence and you hold the standard, every shift, every time.
If you've managed a restaurant floor before, great. If you're a seasoned server or bartender who's ready to step up and take ownership, we want to talk.
What you get:
- $20, $24/hr depending on experience

What you'll own:
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Running shifts and leading the FOH team
- Liquor tracking and accountability

- Representing Lil Rizzo's standards every time you walk in the door
What we need:
- Previous FOH leadership experience preferred
- Seasoned servers or bartenders ready to lead will be considered
- Someone who shows up. Every shift. No excuses.
- A team first attitude with a guest first mindset
