Commitment to being on the floor with the team as business and staffinglevelsdemand.Ensure proper uniformsdress for all staff.Maintain a clean orderly appearance of the restaurant service area.Create a following of regulars.Create a total awareness of in-houseVIPs and review names with teammembers during pre-service meetings.Work withExecutiveChef and BOH team to ensure menu descriptions inMISEBoxare updated andmaintainedfor all teammates.Maintain an open dialogue with the Chef regularly formally and informally to planadaptand execute as a total team.Operations & AdminWork withF&B Director toidentifyways tooperatemore efficiently cutcostsand drive revenue.ChecksGLsto ensure accuracy of coding and looking for areas for savings.Schedules and ensuresChina Glass and Silver inventory of whole propertyis completed quarterly.Usesinventoriesto drive planning andpurchasingdecisions.Works with Manager responsible for ordering to ensureoperation items disposables office suppliesetc are stocked within both operational and financially responsible levels.Ensures payroll isaccurateandtimely.Acts as Micros Champion -maintainingthe Micros systemperformsquarterly scrubs of buttons and items takes the lead on Micros softwarehardware issues.Attend weekly Manager Meeting & BEO Meeting.Supports the F&BD as necessary with guest reviews financialreportingand reviews includingexecutvesummary and forecasting and any other administrative tasks needed.Adjust. Adjust. Adjust. The restaurant is always growing andchanging. Managementmust be able to adjust tonew ideasand circumstances. They will lead the staff by example in this regard.
