We are hiring a hands-on Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor to help bring structure, leadership, and consistency to a busy Food & Beverage operation. This person will help support restaurant and banquet service, train team members, lead shifts, and keep daily operations organized in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The right candidate is dependable, calm under pressure, guest-focused, and comfortable leading by example on the floor.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily restaurant and banquet operations
Leading shifts and helping direct service staff
Training new hires and reinforcing service expectations
Supporting banquet setup, service, and breakdown
Helping communicate daily assignments, event details, and operational priorities
Maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and team accountability
Stepping in wherever needed to support smooth operations
Qualifications:
Prior hospitality, banquet, or restaurant leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and follow-through
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
