Jefferson High School is looking for an Assistant Football Coach with an emphasis on offensive experience (quarterbacks, receivers). Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, previous experience with the sport, coaching experience, fundraising experience, organizational skills, and strong desire to work with other coaches within the athletic department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support all participants as students and athletes.
- Be knowledgeable in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
- Organize and help lead daily practices.
- Supervise athletes during practices and games and ensure their safety.
- Develop skills through camps, contact days and weight training.
- Follow all rules, policies, and procedures of the WIAA and the School District of Jefferson.
