The Assistant Front Office Manager will provide a warm welcome to guests, support and guidance to our Front Office team members, complete all related Front Office functions and ensure guest expectations are exceeded. Minimum of 1 year experience in a 200 room or more full service hotel in a Front Office department is required. At least 1 year supervisory experience within a hotel and PEP experience highly preferred. The Hilton Charlotte Uptown is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.
