Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. This role supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations during the second shift 3p-11p, ensuring seamless guest services, and leading a team of hospitality professionals. Responsibilities:
Assist in managing front office operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Supervise and mentor front desk staff, ensuring team performance aligns with company standards.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor and maintain compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Prepare schedules and assist with payroll submissions for front office team members.
Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or a related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Range:
$55,000 - $60,000 annually based on qualifications
