About Us

Endeavor Hospitality Group is a boutique hotel management company built by business-minded developers with deep roots in New York City real estate. We are growing fast, with multiple new properties on the horizon, and we're looking for driven, team-focused, and energetic leaders to join us at the newly designed Courtyard Marriott in the vibrant Hudson Yards district.

This is one of the most exciting neighborhoods in NYC — steps from the Jacob Javits Center, the High Line, the 7-train extension, Madison Square Garden, and Times Square. Everything is happening here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspire and lead Front Desk Agents to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive top-tier service scores.
• Foster a positive and engaged front office culture through training, development, and team-building opportunities.
• Ensure all team members understand and follow Consistent Operating Procedures (COPs).
• Promote a collaborative, friendly work environment with strong team morale and effective communication.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of prior management or supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Marriott brand experience is a plus.

Compensation $65,000 - $75,000
