We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who is ready to lead with heart, hustle, and a splash of fun!
Position Overview:
As Assistant GM, you'll be the right hand to our leadership team—bringing structure, energy, and encouragement to both staff and families. This role is perfect for someone who’s fun, outgoing, assertive, ambitious, energetic, and a natural self-starter. You'll thrive in a space where you can take initiative, create solutions, and motivate others while keeping things upbeat and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk operations and ensure seamless, positive customer experiences
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and managing team members
- Set the tone: lead with energy, kindness, and accountability
- Communicate confidently and professionally with staff and families
- Oversee facility cleanliness, supply inventory, and daily task completion
- Help resolve customer questions or concerns with confidence and care
- Track and report on attendance, payroll, and performance trends
- Step in as needed to coach, train, or provide extra support where needed
- Foster a team culture that’s upbeat, motivated, and mission-aligned
Who You Are:
- A fun, energetic leader who lifts up those around you
- Motivated and ambitious, always looking for ways to grow and improve
- Assertive and confident, especially when handling decisions or conflict
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage many moving parts
- Skilled in customer service with excellent communication and organization
- Familiarity with swim schools, recreation, education, or team leadership is a major plus
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as part of our full-time team
Position Details:
- Status: Full-Time, Exempt
- Salary Range: $30,000–$40,000 annually (based on experience)
- Location: 820 Indian Trail, Argyle, TX 76226
- Reports to: General Manager / Owners
