What You'll Do:
- Support, coach, and motivate the salon team while developing your own leadership skills.
- Help the team reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through memberships and retail sales.
- Create a welcoming customer experience and confidently educate customers about our products and services.
- Help train team members, provide feedback, and encourage the team to reach its goals.
- Learn and support daily operations including opening and closing, cash handling, cleanliness, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor goals and key performance metrics and help the team stay focused on results.
- Take on increasing responsibility through our Management Development Program and work toward future leadership opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of leadership experience such as keyholder, shift lead, or similar
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality
- Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable leading and working with people
- Goal-oriented with an interest in sales and customer relationships
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Organized, dependable, and ready to take on responsibility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
