About the Opportunity

A high-volume New American restaurant and sports bar is looking to add an experienced Assistant Manager to its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoys leading both Front of House and Back of House teams while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring exceptional hospitality and service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
• Lead by example through visible floor presence and guest interaction.

Team Leadership

• Support, coach, and motivate hourly team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist with training, development, and performance coaching for both FOH and BOH employees.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction.

Restaurant Operations

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational execution.
• Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure efficient service and smooth shift execution.
• Monitor labor, food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout each shift.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Partner with the management team to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals while maintaining high service standards.
