What we're looking for
Prior experience in a management role within a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality or restaurant business is required. You know how to lead through the rush, develop the people around you, and hold a high standard without losing the energy that makes a great team. A proactive approach to leadership and a genuine passion for guest experience are non-negotiables here. Beyond the experience, bring the right attitude and real care for your crew, and you'll thrive at GYG.
We strongly prefer candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish — as a leader at GYG, the ability to communicate effectively across your entire team and connect with every guest who walks through the door elevates everything you do in this role.
What you'll be doing
As AGM, you're the GM's right hand and the team's backbone. You'll be leading the restaurant through busy service periods, driving crew training and development, proactively improving the guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management day to day.
But this role is about more than operations. You're helping shape the culture of your restaurant — the energy on the floor, the standards in the kitchen, and the environment your crew shows up to every day.
