As Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the hotel—supporting all departments with a special focus on guest experience, operations, and food & beverage. You’ll lead by example, stay close to your team, and bring the Marriott spirit to life every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support daily operations in all departments, including:
• Front Office (FOSSE experience preferred)
• Housekeeping
• The Bistro & Banquet Operations at the Ambassador Conference Center
• Act as Manager on Duty, with emphasis on weekend coverage.
• Deliver hands-on leadership and training to department heads and front-line associates.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously elevate service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and property procedures.
• Foster a positive, team-first culture that reflects Marriott’s values and service excellence.
• Drive operational efficiency and support profitability goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in operations or F&B
• A proactive, team-oriented leader who leads from the floor—not the office
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Passion for guest service and a drive to exceed expectations
• Familiarity with Marriott systems (a plus, but not required)
• Eager to grow into a General Manager role in the near future
