Assistant General Manager

Fachini is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the guest experience in our modern, welcoming Italian restaurant located in Dallas. You'll work alongside our team to ensure every visitor enjoys authentic Italian fare in our thoughtfully designed space that honors both contemporary style and neighborhood tradition.

Your Role: As Assistant General Manager for front-of-house operations, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily front-of-house activities, including host stand, dining room, and guest services
  
• Leading, mentoring, and scheduling our service team
  
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
  
• Managing reservations, seating, and pacing to optimize service flow
  
• Training staff on service standards and hospitality excellence
  
• Collaborating with management on operational improvements and team development
  
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
