Uncle Jack's Steakhouse is a growing restaurant group in the Hospitality industry. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Assistant General Managers. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth restaurant functioning
• Have knowledge of the food and beverage industry. Generally requiring minimally one year of managing FOH and BOH operations.
• Ability to motivate staff to reach goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and approach to thinking required to lead an emerging concept/brand (i.e. sees big picture, embraces critical thinking, quest for continuous improvement, innovative).
• Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to maintain optimal stock
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
