We are hiring an Assistant General Manager who will help create an environment where associates feel empowered, supported, and motivated to bring their best every day. What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the General Manager to guide daily hotel operations while ensuring associates feel supported, informed, and equipped to succeed
- Champion associate engagement, helping team members feel connected to their work, recognized for their contributions, and confident in their roles
- Prioritize training and development, offering coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities that help associates build long-term careers within White Lodging
- Build strong relationships with associates, fostering trust, open communication, and a workplace culture rooted in respect and belonging
- Support retention and internal mobility, helping team members identify career paths and preparing them for future leadership roles
- Approach challenges with a growth mindset, modeling curiosity, learning, and adaptability as you prepare for your own future as a General Manager
What You'll Bring
- Leadership experience in Food & Beverage or Rooms Division operations, with a history of supporting and developing teams
