Assistant General Manager | Full Service Concept

A well-established, high-volume hospitality group in Washington, DC is currently seeking a strategic, metrics-driven General Manager to oversee fiscal and daily operational performance at an upscale American Bistro concept.This role requires an operational leader who excels in P&L management, prime cost optimization, and strategic labor scheduling.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ year General Manager experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining restaurants. (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)
• Experience utilizing modern restaurant tech stacks (POS, reservation platforms, and inventory tracking systems).
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to operational excellence, alongside strong coaching and team development skills.
• A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Active ServSafe Manager Certification and a DC ABRA Manager’s License (or immediate eligibility to transfer).
