About the Role:
KT Fitness Brands LLC is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our team in Hampton, GA! Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily gym operations and ensuring a top-tier member experience
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-line staff to meet performance and customer service goals
• Drive membership sales, retention strategies, and revenue growth initiatives
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the GM
• Ensure facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance standards are met
• Handle member concerns, conflict resolution, and escalated customer service issues
• Assist in training new team members and supporting ongoing staff development

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Experience with membership sales, customer retention, or revenue-driven environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and club management software is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for health, wellness, and the fitness industry
