We're seeking a proactive, passionate, and detail-driven part-time
Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our retreat. In this role, you’ll report to the General Manager and help ensure operational excellence, team development, and five-star guest experience in alignment with our brand promise. Schedule/Expected work hours- 6–8-hour shifts
- Must be able to work varied shifts to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities- Champion the Cloud 9 Wellness Experience, ensuring each guest receives personalized care from arrival to departure.
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage and skincare therapy.
- Partner with the General Manager on membership strategy, including overcoming obstacles and building rapport.
- Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and alignment to brand tone.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, and developing and retaining team members.
- Facilitate front desk associate training and coaching with role-playing to support membership sales.
Qualifications- Minimum one year of experience in membership sales.
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience in wellness or spa service setting is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa management software is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating standards in a branded or franchise environment is preferred.
