Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager
Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff OR back of house staff Supervise, train and develop employees Coordinate with all staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery Plan and execute catering orders and deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests Ensure excellent guest service and guest satisfaction Balance cash drawers and maintain cash accountability
Assistant Store Manager Job Requirements
Hospitality and organizational skills Excellent communication and math skills Enthusiastic, resourceful, and a problem solver Previous experience as an assistant manager in a hotel or restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food safety and ServSafe Familiarity with food production processes and catering operations Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
