Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle
- Use operational tools to achieve operational excellence and maximize sales performance
- Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines
- Promote brand standards and ensure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld
- Drive implementation of company programs and collaborate with the General Manager to develop local store marketing plans
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance and demonstrate a bias towards action
- Be open to coaching and mentoring, have an eye for detail, and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community
Requirements:
- High school degree
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
