Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead hourly employees through coaching, performance evaluations, and discipline.
- Set work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing food costs, inventory, and compliance with health standards.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Provide and coordinate training for Front of House and Back of House team members.
