What You'll Do as Assistant General Manager

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee property maintenance, landscaping, work areas, food and beverage, safety, and compliance; document and report to the General Manager as needed.
  • Financial Stewardship: Maintain accurate financial records, understand P&L, and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Team Development: Motivate, influence, and coach staff to achieve goals, deliver exceptional service, and maintain high performance standards.
  • Guest Experience: Demonstrate proven customer service skills with a strong guest-focused mentality.
  • Problem Solving: Address escalated guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
