We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to join our management team in a high-level, hands-on role overseeing weddings, private events, service operations, staff leadership, and client experience.
This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced event environments, knows how to command a room, lead a team, solve problems under pressure, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate has strong banquet or event management experience and is equally comfortable managing live events, directing staff, and interacting with clients throughout the planning and sales process.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing weddings and private events from start to finish
Managing event flow, service execution, staffing, and guest experience
Leading and directing banquet and front-of-house teams
Ensuring professionalism, urgency, and high service standards
Handling real-time problem solving during live events
Participating in venue tours and client-facing sales conversations
Working closely with ownership and leadership on operations and growth
What We’re Looking For
Strong hospitality, banquet, restaurant, or event management background
Experience leading teams in high-volume or fast-paced environments
Confident leadership presence and strong communication skills
Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive under pressure
Professional, polished, and guest-focused mindset
Weekend and evening availability required
