What We Expect from You

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts preferred
• Be flexible to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Have a valid drivers license in good standing and access to private transportation
• Consent to a background screening
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and all required documents by state and federal law
• Be able to walk and stand for long periods
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer service-focused

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the GM in managing the restaurants daily operations, including but not limited to:

• Overseeing restaurants daily operations
• Maintaining day-to-day financial controls
• Creating and managing staff schedules
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and orientating team members
• Overseeing coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management
• Ensuring health and safety inspections and standards are met
• Setting the tone for the fun family environment in the restaurant
