The Difference You Will Make

This role is responsible for supporting daily operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar and restaurant located in the assigned area. The Assistant General Manager will assist with daily activities of both Front of House and Back of House to ensure outstanding customer service and operational compliance. Your leadership will help build consistency across operations, strengthen team engagement, and enhance guest satisfaction by executing our food philosophy - where community starts in the kitchen.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or similar area of focus desired.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC Certification where applicable
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Requires alignment with our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least two (2) years' experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending or hospitality industry.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to an restaurant environment, including a kitchen area.

Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
