We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who knows a great sports bar isn't built from behind a desk.

• Run great shifts and keep the restaurant moving.
• Coach, train, and develop a strong team.
• Be on the floor—especially when we're busy.
• Create an atmosphere guests and employees want to be part of.
• Hold people accountable while keeping the culture positive.
• Say YES to guests whenever humanly possible.
• Understand sales, labor, costs, and profitability.
• Maintain high standards for food, drinks, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Handle packed houses, big games, weekends, and the occasional beautiful disaster.
• Jump in wherever you're needed. No job is beneath you.
• See problems, solve them, and leave the restaurant better than you found it.
