Oversee all incoming inventory, ensuringxc2xa0accuratexc2xa0record-keeping andxc2xa0timelyxc2xa0product placement on the sales floorxc2xa0

Lead and manage stock personnel and Stock Lead(s), including training, scheduling, and performance evaluationsxc2xa0

Conduct second-round interviews for stock personnel, ensuring the selection of qualified candidatesxc2xa0

Serve as the primary liaison for Loss Prevention, working to reduce shrinkage due to theft or inventory discrepanciesxc2xa0

Act as the point person for Airport Compliance Programs, ensuring stores adhere to all regulatory requirementsxc2xa0

Coordinate with Airport Facilities on maintenance, store builds, and emergency situationsxc2xa0

Act as Manager on Duty, performing opening and closing duties for the entire retail locationxc2xa0

Gain fullxc2xa0proficiencyxc2xa0in operational systems, including POS,xc2xa0StoreForce, ADP, Aptos, andxc2xa0PowerDMSxc2xa0

Assist the General Manager with critical business initiatives, acting as a backup when neededxc2xa0
