Do you enjoy food service and leading a team? Old Carolina Barbecue is currently in search of an Assistant General Manager to service our day-to-day operations. We are looking for people who have a passion for serving great food in a fun environment!
As an Assistant General Manager, responsibilities may include:
Maintain a clean atmosphere
Ensure established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained
Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures
Develop guest-oriented quality, service, and cleanliness action plans to enhance guest satisfaction
Develop initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest counts
Maintain effective guest satisfaction
Purchase food products within established guidelines
Ensure secure, safe handling and transportation of funds
Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Previous restaurant experience is a must
Previous restaurant supervisory role, preferred
