We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Assistant General Manager to oversee our aviation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the aviation division, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the aviation industry, and the ability to drive business growth and innovation.

PAY $100,000 - $115,000 Anually

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an operations management or supervisory role within the aviation industry.
  • Solid understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with hands-on, floor-level presence.
  • Experience supporting budgets, labor management, and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support senior leadership.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by airport operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cabin cleaning, aircraft appearance, ground handling, or aviation services operations.
  • Familiarity with aviation software, scheduling, and workforce management tools.
  • Bilingual abilities a plus.
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the aviation division, including maintenance, cabin cleaning, flight operations support, safety, and customer service.
  • Assist in executing strategic plans and operational initiatives to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Support budget management and monitor financial performance, reporting variances and opportunities to the General Manager.
  • Help ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop frontline supervisors and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, regulatory bodies, and vendors.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing operational insight and assisting with service expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor daily operational performance, staffing levels, and service quality, escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
  • Step in for the General Manager as needed, ensuring operational continuity.
  • Drive the highest levels of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on the floor.
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the aviation division, including maintenance, cabin cleaning, flight operations support, safety, and customer service.
  • Assist in executing strategic plans and operational initiatives to achieve business goals and objectives.
