Our Assistant General Managers have a number of responsibilities, including:
- Hiring high quality people who demonstrate and ensure consistent guest satisfaction through perfect food, great customer service and a sparkling-clean store.
- Continuously improving the skills, knowledge, and morale of all employees within their supervision. Ensuring all employees receive the necessary training and support to perform their duties to Five Guys’ expectations.
- Treating all employees with dignity and respect and creating an environment where the entire restaurant team does the same.
- Communicating company goals, decisions, and directives to their team and following up to ensure understanding.
- Managing inventory and analyzing financial documents to maximize the financial performance and profits of the restaurant.
- Having full accountability for how the store runs under your watch, including secret shopper results.
