The Assistant General Manager supports daily kitchen and café operations by ensuring food quality, food safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment. This role helps recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members while overseeing inventory, scheduling, cost controls, and compliance with company standards. Working closely with restaurant leadership, the AGM drives efficient operations, supports profitability goals, and ensures an exceptional experience for travelers.
