The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff to provide top-tier service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and floor management.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed.
  • Customer Experience: Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Performance Monitoring: Help track sales goals and manage controllable costs to ensure profitability.
