An Assistant General Manager/Chef de Patisserie is responsible for assisting the General Manager in ensuring Bakehouse is consistently operating at peak performance. Responsible to uphold high quality pastry dishes with the recipes and presentations to maintain quality standards and consistency of product. Also assist in the creation and production of new desserts to renew our menus while maintaining par levels of pastry and dessert with proper rotation of products and maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the Bakehouse.
