About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll help lead the daily operations of one of the premier outdoor hospitality destinations in the country. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll drive guest satisfaction, support and develop associates, and help create a fun, service-driven culture throughout the resort.

This position is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily resort operations and financial performance
• Help create a positive, engaging, and service-focused culture for associates and guests
• Support recruiting, onboarding, coaching, training, and development of team members
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensure brand standards, operational procedures, and resort expectations are consistently exceeded
• Support budgeting, revenue goals, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate across departments and jump in where needed to support the team and guest experience
• Assist with community engagement efforts and special resort programs/events
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Help drive innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the property

• Hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
