The Role

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to drive studio success through team leadership, training, sales support, operations, and client experience. You'll help create a positive, accountable culture where both clients and employees can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and model Restore's hospitality standards.
• Support membership engagement, retention, and client issue resolution.
• Proactively de-escalate and resolve client concerns.
• Develop strong knowledge of Restore's therapies, pricing, and compliance.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, sales, memberships, and hospitality.
• Support studio sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the GM to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Coach, mentor, recognize, and hold team members accountable.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming studio that meets brand standards.
• Lead by example and foster a professional, client-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience required.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage both client and team needs.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Pay: $18/hour + bonus opportunities
• Schedule: Studio operates 7 days a week
